Seediz is a software and logistics service operated by Neodiz Limited. This policy explains how Seediz handles information when a merchant optionally connects a Google Merchant Center account.
Who this policy covers
This policy covers the public Seediz website and the optional Google Merchant Center connection offered to authenticated Seediz merchants. It does not claim that Seediz is a Google partner, and it does not guarantee approval, distribution, ranking, traffic or sales through Google.
Google data Seediz may access
After a merchant explicitly authorizes the connection, Seediz may access the Merchant Center account identifier and profile, authorized merchant relationships and settings, and authorized product, offer, price, availability and diagnostic information.
Seediz may also receive OAuth authorization data and tokens needed to maintain the connection. Seediz never asks for the merchant's Google password.
How Seediz uses Google data
Seediz uses authorized data to connect the merchant account, read and prepare merchant information, validate product and offer readiness, diagnose synchronization problems, and measure whether the integration works as intended.
No product synchronization or provider write is activated merely by connecting an account. Synchronization or submission is performed only after the merchant explicitly enables the applicable feature and all product, rights and provider gates pass.
Public catalogue data and private account data
Catalogue information that a merchant has separately authorized for publication is kept distinct from private connected-account data. Account identifiers, OAuth tokens, private settings, diagnostics and other non-public data are not published as catalogue content.
When Seediz uses a marketplace-first strategy, Seediz does not take payment or create the customer order. The purchase destination remains the relevant marketplace.
Sharing and commercial use
Seediz does not sell Google user data and does not use it for advertising. Access is limited to Neodiz Limited personnel and service providers that are necessary to operate, secure and support Seediz, subject to appropriate confidentiality and security obligations, or when disclosure is required by law.
Retention, deletion and disconnection
No Google OAuth client is active at the date shown above, so Seediz does not currently receive Google OAuth tokens for this integration. If the connection is activated, Seediz will retain connected-account data and tokens only for as long as needed to provide the authorized service, protect the service, meet legal obligations and maintain proportionate audit evidence.
A merchant may ask Seediz to disconnect the integration or delete connected Google data by emailing contact@seediz.com. Seediz will remove or render the relevant active credentials unusable and delete associated data that is no longer required, subject to applicable legal obligations and bounded backup retention.
Revoking Google access
A merchant can revoke Seediz access from the security or connected-app settings of the relevant Google account and can also request disconnection through Seediz. Revocation prevents future authorized access; it does not by itself erase information that must temporarily remain for legal, security or backup purposes.
Security
Seediz uses HTTPS, access controls, tenant isolation, least-privilege configuration, secret separation, fail-closed feature gates and logging designed to avoid recording OAuth codes, tokens and secrets. No system can guarantee absolute security.
Google API Services User Data Policy
Seediz's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Contact and policy changes
Questions, access requests, corrections, objections, disconnection and deletion requests may be sent to contact@seediz.com. Material changes to how Google user data is used will be reflected here before the changed use is enabled.
