App functions & features:

- Amazon Marketplaces Supported: Mainly Europe (France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Netherland, ...).

- Inventory Management: Using our app, you can manage your Amazon inventory (like create new product, new offer, verify that a product is existing and sync your Amazon stock quantity with Seediz app).
Our app will allow you to visualize your available inventory in both Amazon et Seediz warehouse. From the product detail page, you will be able to choose which one will fulfill your orders, you will also choose the delivery mode (standard, express or Prime) and manage the SKU mapping for additional marketplaces.

- Parcel Management: You can see and manage all your parcels or pallets received in our warehouse. We provide the parcel dimensions, tracking number, entry/exit date and we can add a photo if we notice any damage.
From that page, you can create any logistic service request. First you make a selection of parcels then you follow our service request wizard to create the logistic request.
A logistic request can be a preparation to FBA, converting products to fulfillment stock, performing a quality check, sending parcel to recycling center, taking photo, forwarding parcels to another destination or any customized request needed.

- Order Management and Fulfillment by Merchant: Our app will import your Amazon orders automatically, update your orders during its life time (from inception to final delivery) and provide tracking numbers to Amazon automatically.
You can visualize your orders to fulfill on our app, see each orders details (address, product, price, quantity), perform order modification if needed, follow-up the preparation progress and open a claim if you encounter issues with your order delivery.
If you do not wish to use the API connection to import orders, you also have the possibility to create an order manually from the inventory page or you can also use our Excel template.

- Shipping Solutions: We provide shipping solutions to ship Amazon orders from our warehouse using local carriers. We deliver everywhere in Europe.
Local carriers are Colissimo, DPD and Chronopost, find price grid here.
Our app let you choose which carrier to use and add some option like insurance, signature, express delivery. The shipment price will be displayed. Our app will connect to carriers website to extract the delivery status and update your orders. We will also provide the delivery proof (POD) whenever it is available. You can also create bulk shipment using our app, for example if you want to send back stock to your factory by pallet. In that case we will quote local carrier to find the best price for you.

- Amazon FBA preparation: From our app, you can organize your Amazon shipment preparation. You can select the parcels to ship to Amazon fulfillment centers, change the barcode if need, we provide the detailed packing list for each parcel with dimensions as this is required by Amazon.
Then our app helps you to create your FBA shipment and will use Amazon carrier partners (mainly UPS and Kuehne-Nagel).
We will take care of the collection appointment with Amazon carrier partners and make sure your shipment are handled in timely manner.

- Claim management: Our app will help to handle your claim when your customer is not statisfied. You will be able to open a ticket on our app and our team will communicate with carrier to solve the issue.
If a parcel is lost, carrier may provide a refund, we will automatically apply this refund on your bill.

- Return management and reverse logistics: Our app will make the return management process as easy as possible.
2 possible cases:
1) you shipped a parcel and the delivery fails, then it is returned to our warehouse, then we automatically put it back in stock following a quality control and our app will update your stock.
2) your client received the product but is not satisfied and wants to return the product. In that case, you can request our app to generate a prepaid return label in PDF to provide to your customer and improve your customer satisfaction.
As soon as we receive a parcel, our logistic team record it in our app and you receive a notification so you won't miss any returned parcel.
It is worthy to note that we can group your client return parcels and ship them back to your factory everywhere in the world (for example we ship stock to China and Hong-Kong on regular basis).

- Multi-Channel: we are a multi-channel app meaning we can help you to transfer stock from other marketplace to Amazon FBA. Our app can connect to other marketplaces by API.

Logistics Operation Services

- Service Management: Our app will display all service requests created by user and the current status. Each request contains the request details.
The app will alert you when it requires your action to validate a shipment request or any other situation requiring user action. We won't ship any parcel without your agreement.
- Adding/Changing labels: You can request to change barcode, add EU representative sticker to your products by creating a service request via our app.
- Quality, compliance control, product inventory, unloading container and all other customized requests: You can create any sort of request on our app and follow the progress, our logistic team will work on it as fast as possible.

Communication

- Email, chat: Thanks to our app, we maintain a permanent contact with our customers so that we can ensure to answer all your needs. We are also available on Wechat and QQ.
- Language: Our app is currently translated in English, French and Chinese (more to come).

Storage and Recycling

- Analysis in real-time: Our app will let you know about the current storage and the age of your inventory. This will help you to ensure you do not have dormant stock.
- Reclycling: Our app will help you to send your damaged stock to recycle centers if you need. Note that we have a limit of 1 year storage, then we will suggest to recycle over 1 year stock.
