No monthly fee for using our ERP client interface! It is 100% free of use!

Storage

- Storage service: fee based on m³ stored in our warehouse.
- Booking fee: 0.8 EUR per parcel, 7 EUR per pallet.

Orders Fulfillment Service

The total price to ship your orders is the sum of the 2 following fees:
- Delivery fee: price will depends on the carrier selected (we provide 3 delivery modes: standard, signature, express which is Amazon Prime compliant)
- Preparation fee: price fee will depends on the product weight.

Logistics Operation services

- Adding/Changing labels: pricing per label sticked.
- Quality, compliance control, product inventory, unloading container and all other customized requests: fee charged per working man hour.

Forwarding services

- To Amazon FBA: by UPS (for parcels) or Kuehne-Nagel (for pallets).
- To Cdiscount: please contact us for the price grid.
- To other marketplace (eMAG, Allegro,...): please contact us for quotation.
- To other address in France and Europe: we use express carriers or on quotation for pallet.
- To outside of Europe: DHL.

Reverse Logistics

- Prepaid label: we provide prepaid return label, we charge only if the label is flashed by carrier.
