1. Our process is quite straightforward and simple
After choosing to partner with Seediz Logistics, you will send your inventory in bulk to our local storage. We record in our ERP any single parcel received for you and you are notified each time.
At that point you can also choose to directly forward your goods to another address (for example FBA warehouse) or request any logistic operations like changing labels, quality/conformity control, photos service, etc.
2. Inspection Process
After receiving the stock, we will inspect and count stock on your request. For the stock you wish us to fulfill, we will confirm quantities, dimensions and weights, and notify you of any inconsistencies, damaged goods or other problems with the receipt.
3. Storage & Categorization
We then store and categorize each SKU (product identifier based) and upload the stock onto our inventory management system. You will have access to this system through a client portal to manage your product inventory.
User can create listing automatically using marketplace API/Webservice connection.
4. Daily Order fulfillment & FBA Prep
At this point, for sellers using Seediz Fulfillment, we are ready to do daily order fulfillment operations. Sellers can import orders by file or by marketplace API/Webservice
For Amazon sellers, we are ready to do labelling and other bulk preparations for your inventory.
5. Dispatch Your Orders
We will pick, pack & dispatch your orders between an agreed period of 24 hours* every working day and our fulfillment management system will automatically upload tracking info to each marketplace.
You can monitor at any time the status your orders using via ERP.
